Our Process

1. Initial Inquiry

Refer back to the My Services page for our rates and current availability! Also check out our FAQ page for further information on our services.

2. Scheduling the Meet and Greet

We will arrange a convenient time for a Meet and Greet to get to know your pets and discuss their needs. Please click on the button below to schedule your Meet and Greet & answer a few questions about your dog(s) needs.

3. Paperwork

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to access all the necessary paperwork directly on our website. This includes service agreements, detailed information about your pet’s care, and any additional instructions. You’ll have full visibility of everything you need to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

4. Confirmation

Once everything is set, we’ll confirm your reoccurring days & times and provide you with all the necessary details. We are currently using the software Time To Pet for scheduling, communication on visits, and updates post walk!

For clients who prefer to pay by credit card, Time To Pet offers that option. Additionally, we continue to accept cash and e-payments via Venmo or Zelle.

Last-Minute Requests

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. While we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests, we will do our best to assist with straightforward needs, such as a single daily visit, provided we can schedule a meet and greet promptly. Clear and immediate communication is key in these cases to ensure we can arrange everything efficiently.
