To guarantee personalized attention for your pets, we recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks in advance of your desired pet sitting dates to schedule a meet and greet. This lead time allows us to coordinate schedules and learn all about your pet’s unique needs and preferences.
Please note that while we focus on cats and small animals for pet sitting, dogs must already be on our dog walking schedule to access pet sitting services. This ensures consistency and familiarity for every pet we care for.

2. Scheduling your meet and Greet
We will arrange a convenient time for a meet and greet to get to know your pets and discuss their needs. This session allows us to understand your pets' routines and any special requirements they may have.
3. Paperwork
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to access all the necessary paperwork directly on our website. This includes service agreements, detailed information about your pet’s care, and any additional instructions. You’ll have full visibility of everything you need to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Last-Minute Requests
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. While we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests, we will do our best to assist with straightforward needs, such as a single daily visit, provided we can schedule a meet and greet promptly. Clear and immediate communication is key in these cases to ensure we can arrange everything efficiently.
